Member Agreement

This Member Agreement is between you and WRIM Enterprise, Inc., doing business as iBeauty Carrboro (“iBeauty,” “we,” “us”), located at 104 NC-54, Unit AA, Carrboro, NC 27510. By creating an iBeauty Rewards account you agree to this Agreement, the Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to join. The program is for personal, non-commercial use. One membership per person.

2. Information we collect

To run the program we collect:

• Name and email address
• Mobile phone number, if you add it
• Age, if you add it
• Instagram and TikTok handles, if you add them
• Receipt photos and the purchase totals we read from them
• Points, redemptions, and device/session data needed to keep your account secure

You decide whether to add phone, age, and social handles. Those fields unlock one-time bonus points. We do not require you to grant Instagram or TikTok login access — you type a public handle.

3. How points work

• Verified iBeauty receipts earn 80 points per $1 spent (8% back as store credit).
• 1,000 points = $1 off your next in-store purchase.
• Points have no cash value, are not your property, and cannot be sold or transferred.
• We may refuse points on fraudulent, unclear, duplicate, or non-iBeauty receipts.
• Unused points may expire after 12 months of account inactivity.
• We may change earn rates or bonuses with notice in the app.

4. Receipts

When you upload a receipt, we use automated reading (including an AI vision model) to confirm the merchant is iBeauty Carrboro and to read the amount paid. We store a fingerprint of the image and the extracted total — not a public gallery of your photos. Do not upload receipts that belong to someone else.

5. Rewards at the register

Redeemed points become a one-time store credit code. Show it at checkout at 104 NC-54, Unit AA. Staff will mark it used. Codes cannot be combined beyond what the register allows and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Marketing

Optional marketing emails or texts are off unless you opt in. You can change this anytime in your profile. Transactional messages about your account may still be sent.

7. Closing your account

Contact the store at ibeautycarrboro@gmail.com or (919) 929-4405 to close your membership. Unused points are forfeited when the account is closed.
